Description

Black Ops III + Nuketown for PC is a first-person shooter game set in 2065 in a world transformed by climate change and incredibly advanced technologies. It is the twelfth Call of Duty game.

About the Game

The game is quite tightly mission-based, with little open world exploration allowed, but there is no sense of being funnelled along and deprived of chances to explore: you do get to grab a moment here and there to enjoy the gorgeous and well-realised scenery.

Weather events like monsoons and sandstorms are accurately depicted and will take your breath away as though you were experiencing the real thing, and they do sometimes interact in the game too, slowing you down or minimising visibility.

A Visit to Psychological Headspace

This edition of Black Ops dives deep into psychological trauma, taking you into the traumatised mind of a long-suffering veteran where hallucinations, time-slips and symbolic messages are everywhere.

The game raises a number of philosophical questions too, regarding the treatment of soldiers by their governments and the relative humanity of robots, AI technology, and augmented humans.

NUK3TOWN

This is an area of the map populated by a lot of mannequins – think the Nevada Test Site during nuclear tests in the 1950s – where the player can go and explore and loot the area. There are some hidden treats, most of which involve shooting the heads, arms or heads and arms off all of the mannequins. Do all of these feats within two minutes of starting and see what happens.

Ways to Play

  • Single-player campaign mode – the game begins with the player being beaten almost to death by a rogue robot. He or she is saved and their body repaired with advanced cybernetic technology, including a DNI (direct neural interface) which allows for information downloads of skills, matrix style – for example, learning to fight and operate equipment without actually being taught those skills, instead the information is just put into his or her brain and is there, ready to use when needed

  • Four-player coop mode – be aware that this mode comes with no save facility, it must be played through from the beginning right to the end. That being said, team up with three buddies and complete missions as a team, working your way over the map, defeating enemies and gathering loot as you go. Each co-operative mission will take around forty minutes, so make sure you have a clear hour before you commit to the game with your mates

  • Zombie Mode – for those who love to spray the bullets and mow down row after row of the undead, this level is perfect

  • Nightmare mode – this is a super thrilling ride for anyone who wants a bit more supernatural horror in their life: it is like campaign mode, but every single enemy is a zombie thanks to the release of a highly infectious virus that has transformed them all! Blast your way through the advancing ranks to stay alive!

  • Multiplayer – you can use a jetpack to zoom over buildings to take your enemies by surprise, or run along a wall to leap down in the midst of the action, and you have full use of all of the hefty weapons that are to be found in campaign mode. Watch out for the other guys though, some of them will have the same or better skills than you, and might anticipate your ambush, springing the trap on you instead!

  • Black Ops III + Nuketown for PC is available for purchase on Instant Gaming for a fraction of its retail price. You will receive an official key and be able to play the game in seconds. Play smart. Pay less.

I play mostly offline and with close friends and family, online play for verses or zombies has changed alot due to hackers for some reason smh but overall its a fun game, and as I already stated am a zombie play so i spend more time on them then anything else. and lets not forget about all of the awesome zombies maps that ppl around the world have made
    • looks great
    • control with mouse or keyboard or gaming controller
    • lots of things to do, story, zombies, verses, (am a zombie player)
    • some times game will crash (depending on what your doing)
    • some maps and or mods wont work (check your system specs)
    • playing online is not safe anymore due to hackers, but there are some other way around

Black Ops 3 is my favourite cod, I can reply the campaign over and over, the only issue is why this game after 7yrs is still over $70 that doesn't make any sense

I can't comment on MP or zombie I only play cod for single player , but it's a 8/10 game

The game offers a lot of options to play, especially with modding involved. I feel that some of the pay to win mechanics shouldn't have been in the game to begin with. However that doesn't detract from the games overall fun factor. Campaign is funky and hard to follow sometimes, but it does have it's moments. 7/10 would recommend

The Weapon balancing is really bad, If you buy this game for anything other than Zombies, you're doing it wrong.

Campaign isn't that good and Multiplayer is completely dead (I can't find a single game), so your only real option here is Zombies. But, I'd say that makes up for everything else because Black Ops III Zombies is outstanding.

The map you get by default, Shadows of Evil, is amazing. It has so much depth but even as a newer player, you don't need to know how to do everything to have a fun time with the map. If you want to spend some extra cash for the DLCs, I'm very confident that they're all worth it except for Zetsubou No Shima. It's just a very tedious map and it's the worst one of the bunch.

However, every other map is totally worth picking up. Definitely recommend this game to any Zombies player who hasn't played it yet.
    • Steam workshop support

    • Split-screen play
    • Controller Support works well
    • Multiplayer is almost dead
    • Terrible campaign

Amazing experience, especially for Zombies lovers. I would recommend buying the Zombies Chronicles DLC, as it will help bring a better understanding of zombies. Multiplayer is fun, especially with some great maps that I still love today. Amazing game.

The game is actually very fun, the campaign is pretty decent and tbh I mostly played with bots since multiplyer is filled with cheaters and tryhards. The split screen works very well also if you have a friend over. The game is fun either way tho.
    • Very good split screen managment.
    • Fun campaign.
    • Alot of cheaters in multiplayer.

The game itself is great, nice campaign and cool multiplayer. Has lots of achievements. I am more from an era of Call Of Duty 2, so I can't seem to grasp all that wall running and 'flying', but you can learn the basics in the campaign. However the multiplayer is a bit off with matchmaking (aside from occasional cheaters). You get in the match with (very) higher level players and you become a feeding machine for them. The thing about multiplayer is that most players play "soft"core Team Deathmatch, so you don't get the full experience of the MP game. It is still fun, so the rating is high :)
    • good story
    • achievements
    • customization
    • Robot controls
    • multiplayer only Softcore
    • not enough players playing still
    • matchmaking

Total Crap I have removed it from my PC and wish I could give it away to get it off my Steam Library.

Played about 3hrs of it and in my mind its total crap. The feel of the game isn't what the COD games should be like. Storyline from what I have seen so far is total crap. I know it's based about year 2054 and with all the extra crap you get with the DNI it feels like your playing Watch Dogs in war. If this is where the COD games are going I'll never get the COD game again. Just like the Need for Speed games changed that much there they lost everything I loved about the game. It maybe just me. I can't recommend this but to stay away from it.

Dead game on pc, you can found game only in normal dm. Don't buy it if you dont like the normal mod for multyplayer. The game is nice, a normal Bo, but no one play it on pc. no cheaters found, nice optimization.

Zombies is brilliant to kill time and play with friends it is one of the best 'Call Of Duty Zombies' out there. Custom zombies is a blast and there are many maps to download and play for hours. Multiplayer is amazing with a wide variety of guns and customisation. Coop campaign is good to play with the squad but can be tedious at times. Overall I recommend this game to anyone that loves 'Call Of Duty'

Get for mods. Nothing else. Campaign is trash and had almost no plot. Great zombie fun, however, some of the maps for zombies can be enjoyable AF and can kill a lot of time if you're trying to 100% a map.
