Monster Hunter just became my favorite series of games. Best thing is that there are many weapons and different playstyles for each weapon to choose from and to learn how to use them. Every weapon has its own charm.
  • lots of ways to play the game
  • fun to play with friends or alone
  • cool looking gear, weapons and monsters
Wonderful game, an absolute blast with friends, and an excellent starting point for new fans to the series. Wonderful innovations, smooth controls, new combat interactions, and wonderful visuals make for a delightful experience, top to bottom.
  • Excellent music and environments.
  • Separation of Online and Offline levels, so no worries about outpacing your friends when playing alone..
  • Gorgeous creature design, delightful characters, and the inclusion of a Palico and a Palamute, to help with those solos!
  • A lot of elitists crying that it's not good, because they are upset that the game is more approachable by casual fans.
  • Tons of whining online from people with no friends, griping about the online content they are alone for.
  • Plenty of bad reviews made by people who are angry that the game is GOOD, but not what THEY wanted.
Best boss combat game ever.

Like every Monster Hunter game the game loop consists on a boss carousel where you can improve your weapons and armor using the parts you obtain by killing or capturing the different monsters. Rise and Sunbreak specifically have achieved the peak gameplay of the genre: while it is less immersive and the history and graphics feel a bit lacking compared to Monster Hunter World, the truth is that the gameplay feels a thousand times more smooth. The combat is faster and more spectacular and the controls feel more responsive.

Basically, if you are looking for a game with amazing fast paced combat with good controls this game is 10/10
  • Amazing fast paced combat
  • Really good controls
  • Less immersive than MHW
  • Lacking history
Great solo MH game, the multiplayer is sometimes a bit unstable but the new system and monster are cool, also I reccomand using the DLC if you want the full experience because as every MH, DLC bring you to another level

It's High Quality, not just graphic wise, in every way.
quick and easy
I love monster hunter and I loved this game so much. Graphic is not the greatest, but still good. The gameplay is so funny and variable. After playing it for over 150h, I recommend this game so much. It's really funny to play with friends, if you have (P.S: I haven't :') ). I recommend to buy sunbreak dlc too, it's really good.
  • Gameplay mechanics
  • Funny to play
  • Not highest level graphic
What a horrible and tragic mess this game is

the positive reviews are a joke mostly due to the narcissist taking into the appeal of this

game which strays away from all monster hunter game series before
  • The reviews are only good for a chuckle
  • Positive reviews are made by self obsessive narcissist which also adds into the comedic material
  • Game strays away from the MH series
  • The trade-off/removal of certain known MH content and moves are not worth it
  • Products & inventions as stupid as this exist only cause of stupid people
I love the game, especially the fact that you as a human fight against big scary monsters! The game is kinda scary not gonna lie. Eventhough the game is so scary it is still fun. I wish I could play the game again without my memories of the game!
This game has kept me and my friends hooked for well over 100+ hours and counting. It was my first Monster Hunter game and had many helpful tutorials to start off with.

It's a fun game between the fighting aspect of learning how each monster attacks and getting to customize your weapon and armor. There's also the maps that are well designed with hidden areas that encourage exploring.

Great game, if you like the Monster Hunter franchise, this is for you. The characters seems a bit more dimensioned towards Anime than the other games. Which is a setback for me, But still a great game
  • New Switch Skills.
  • Stays True to the Franchise.
  • ALOT of monsters to be fought in this game.
  • Originally made for the Switch console. And you can feel it
  • The UI, seems a bit big. Due to it being made for Switch.
  • Dull Storyplot.
I love Instant Gaming with their amazing prices for great games but this game in particular just doesn't work no matter what I do, and I've played this game on switch phenomenal game a very good sequel recommend buying it if you have the same problem please tell me how to fix it!
  • Good Pricing
  • New Game
  • Great Nintendo Switch Game
  • Won't Start
  • I can't tell you what it's like on Pc
  • I wish I could see the Graphic Quality
Amazing game! Very well optimized!

Early armors are pretty cool and quite nice adaptative capacity. Weapons just the same, allowing for a fluid combat and a more progressive curve.

Such a nice flow. Definitely recommend.
Best MH Game released so far, it took the good from the older games and added the freedom of the open worldly map along with the vertical mobility of wirebugs making you still feel like a hunter but a bit spiderman as well.
Solid PC port for Monster Hunter Rise, and I absolutely enjoyed it even after reaching the endgame along with free content updates coming monthly despite being late from being a Switch exclusive for a year, hopefully Sunbreak expansion will sort out what's missing in the base game.
  • With 60fps, high res textures and other graphical options makes this a better port
  • Combat gameplay is highly improved from Monster Hunter World
  • Fun, enjoyable multiplayer
  • There's still traces of input lag regardless of your PC specs, even Switch users have problems with input lag
Love The MH saga, and this chapter is one of the best (if not the best itself!). I recommend to buy it, it's a true Monster Hunter game, nothing else to say, to me this is a truly masterpiece, can't wait for SunBreak :)
  • Gameplay-Very good, this is a way better over MHW
  • Graphic- A "Vintage" and Modern Mix of Monster Hunter graphics, love it
  • Masterpiece, this game is all a Positive Point
  • Nothing :)
