As much as I loved playing this game on my PS3, I thought I'd be a good idea to try and get it on PC.

Only to find out it was delisted off Steam, and keys for this game are overpriced as hell (some even go over 120$), and on this website it's "out of stock" for almost a year.

I know how much this game meant for a lot of people, and I know how rare it is to have this lovely gem of a videogame.

Lots of Cars, Houses, Garages to buy.
In-Depth Character Customization, Casino.
Two maps! Not even Forza has that!
Out of stock steam keys,
Overpriced Steam Keys.
Impossible to get.

it works even that is an old game and i can use my controller and a mouse to play. i love this game since came out quite sad that they havent made another one like the third version as it would be really cool to play it. you cant do certain things at it evolves online server

An overlooked racing game.

This game was WAY ahead of its' time and I consider it to be one of the greatest racing games ever.

This beats both Forza Horizon and The Crew in terms of open world racing.

Costumization of Vehicles, Character and Properties
Vehicle handling extremely good for being an old game with arcade driving.

Couldn't even create an account, multiplayer servers shut down, absolutely awful. all content has be stopped for this game and this has been like this since 2012, unless your wanting to play its singleplayer, it's pretty pointless buying this game.
