Best Total War entry since Medieval II, probably up to the fairly recent Warhammer (at the moment of writing).
Entry threshold is not too steep, it's easy to dive right into the enjoyable experience. However, it's much deeper than it looks on the surface. This is the case of "easy to learn, hard to master".

This game is classic from the time when Creative Assembly know how to make historical games which was grounded to reality in battles.
If you like Japan and Samurai clashing in massive battle .

If you buy the collector edition you will get for free Fall Of Samurai i was stunned when ive activated the key through steam!

The game itself is a superb experience, too bad that the multiplayer community is almost "dead" the solo compains for the main game and both extentions are a treat though, I recommand the game and it's expansions to anyone who is fond of the genre.
