Story:

Dishonored is set in Dunwall, an industrial whaling city where strange steampunk- inspired technology and otherworldly forces coexist in the shadows. You are the once-trusted bodyguard of the beloved Empress. Framed for her murder, you become an infamous assassin, known only by the disturbing mask that has become your calling card. In a time of uncertainty, when the city is besieged by plague and ruled by a corrupt government armed with industrial technologies, dark forces conspire to bestow upon you abilities beyond those of any common man – but at what cost? The truth behind your betrayal is as murky as the waters surrounding the city, and the life you once had is gone forever.

Deep game with good story lots of ways to play, you cant go wrong with this one, fun guaranteed!If you haven't played dishonored games you dont know what you are missing. Absolutely one of my favourite games.
The game is just brilliant! That's all there is to say about it. The gameplay is really good, and the story is really good as well. I'd gladly play this game again and again. It's really worth the try.
For what it is, this game is a masterpiece. The stealth mechanics are, obviously, fantastic; especially for a first person game where stealth and decent sword combat can be very difficult to achieve in my opinion. The world and general atmosphere are also wonderfully realized, it oozes character. Mission design is awesome, every level is completely unique and you are able to approach each and every one in different ways. The story itself is a typical story about treason and corruption, not very special but its more than enough to keep you engaged at all times.
- i feel like the best thing about this game is that it is a complete vision, which you dont have too often these days. this game can stand on its own completely and there is nothing else like it, i think that is highly respectable

a great blend of stealth and action, with some RPG elements thrown in for a good deal of customization.

the world is truly beautiful, with a lot of lore, very interesting level design and missions are diverse enough to keep things interesting for at least a replay
