Personally I find this game boring and repetitive, after a while the game becomes very boring and is no longer fun to play. One thing I find annoying about this game is that you cant make all residential or all office you have to have commercial and other rooms in you're buildings without mods. If you are looking for a game too waste an hour screwing around than this game is fine, however if you are looing for a game to realistically be a land lord of sorts there are better games. If you are looking for a game to screw around with I recommend buying the cheaper non architect edition.

Not played for long however the gameplay is intuitive and entertaining.
Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys management simulation games, like the past rollercoaster tycoon games or planet coaster
