Once installed looking fine on performance & graphics but absolutely quirky on any controller defaults.
Coming from MSFS 2020 registering with a pre-purchased code has you running in circles until you finally reach the download page.
Now with a few days in, login finally is smooth and connections seem fairly stable. Limitations are with MS as hardly a problem with a 10 Gbit/s fiber

This game is very interesting and entertaining. I love that you can control every aspect of the airplane and essentially learn everything about a specific aircraft. The campaign in this game is a great way to learn the basics while also providing a sense of progression.
The only thing that annoys me is the presence of bugs, which can occasionally disrupt your flight entirely. The worst issue I’ve encountered so far was a bug where my airspeed got stuck at 57 knots. After 10 minutes of flying, I received an error that kicked me out of the session. This happened after 40 minutes into the flight, which was quite frustrating.
There are also some smaller bugs, such as occasional issues with communication with the tower, which sometimes fails to work.
Overall, this game is great fun, but you need to be prepared to invest a lot of time in it and tolerate some bugs and an overall unpolished experience.

Simply not a simulator but a game... compared to X-plane 12 or P3D is no where near what you can find in phisycs.

I have been playing MFS 2024 Since minute one of the release and I have some positive experiences with the Carrier Mode but I have Tried to launch into Free flight and it never Worked for me. But until they fix the servers I cant Recommend this Game to anyone
- Many Aircrafts to use
- IF it works it looks and works great
- Carrier Mode is fun
- Servers Are bad
- "AI" trim and other AI tools dont really work
- Internet Connection Always required
