I originally played this as a kid an had no clue what I was doing, when I learn this got a remaster on steam, of course I'm gonna play a child-hood game remaster, why not! I love this game and the strong nostalgia, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I do personally believe this is the best of its kind, I have played all the Turok games and something about 2 always stuck with me most.

One of my favorite games from childhood is remastered back in 2017.
Still 60fps engine cap.
The game now uses DX 11 and with all settings on much more demanding than Turok 1.
Very high(20+) weapon and enemy(30+) variety over 6 big levels. Location dmg and gore still hold up in 2022.
Yeah, very gory game, the game maps are confusing, and easy to get lost even though the remaster slightly changed some maps for easier player progress and the remaster has some(optional) quality of life features to ease the journey.
I recommend it if it's around 7,5 euros or less. Remember you have in-game map too.

Part of my childhood. Nightdive did an amazing job with this remaster. They really did justice to the original PC port which was really bad and improved it by a mile. Cannot wait to see what they have next in mind.
Excellent remaster and perfect gunplay and gamelay.
Lots of options for video settings.
No cons.
