  • Use over 60 weapons including everything from Thompson sub machine guns to PIAT bomb launchers to FG42 auto rifles and flamethrowers.
  • Customize weapons with bayonets, grenade launchers, stripper clips, extended magazines, slings, cloth wraps, and more.
  • Work with your teammates to call in explosive, smoke, and incendiary artillery fire support as well as carpet bombings, Stuka dive bombers, Typhoon rocket strafes, P-47 machine gun runs, and supply drops.

the best ww2 game ever made, we just need more players in lobby, i raccomend this game. you can play as many factions and you can use lots of weapon. you can also call for airstrikes and bombings. the characters can also talk, scream and talk each other.

This game is an awesome,realistic WWII team based first person shooter with a variety of weapons for USA, The Commonwealth and Germany.The graphics are great and the gameplay is very good.I own insurgency too and what lacks in both games is great maps.Both games feature over 10 maps but not a lot of them are really good.The game has a minimum amount of glitches and bugs and i recommend it to any WWII/Fps lover out there.

This game is a blast. I honestly wouldn't have thought much from New World after the success of Insurgency. Forget COD WW2 and that upcoming trash called Battlefield V, this is THE WW2 experience you need!

  • Even though it's based on Source, it runs badly on potatoes.
I think the game has potential to become a big game like Call Of Duty or Battelfield but it need some graphics improvements and more maps, scenarios etc... But all in all i recommend the game! Love it. <3
Great game like CoD2 with more realistic features. You have to count each bullet so you are not surprised when your weapon stops firing, right when enemy is in front of you, because you don't see how many bullets you have left.

My personal opinion is based on my overall love for the theme of the second world war in computer games. The era has a perfect weapon balance and a rich amount of different weapons, which were actually used by the different factions.

Overall this game is solid and has lightend up my days of gaming. I stream this game almost every day on: twitch.tv/unic0d3

If you want to get a impression, feel welcome to drop by!
  • Player roles(MG, Assault, Support, Engineer, Officer, Radioman and more) ... every role must known to add value to the team - roles must be played correctly to guarantee success.
  • Realistic damage models.
  • PVE(COOP - with up to 7 other players on official servers AND singleplayer with own game modes for the lone wolf).
  • WORKSHOP - the game is already being modded. You want to change textures, music or weapon sounds? No problem! The community provides.
  • Maps do play differently in the different play modes(Offensive, Invasion, Frontline and Liberation).
  • Some maps are unplayable in Offensive or Invasion mode ... that is more to players themselve than to the map. It can be frustrating if your team isn't using strats which would work, but just goes for camping and killing, when they should attack.
  • There are still some bugs - watch my gallery for some funny shots - the game also crashes randomly, but not often.
