About

The Elder Scrolls Online for PC is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that is part of the Elder Scrolls series and the first multiplayer offering from the game. Set on the fictional continent of Tamriel – as are all the other games in the series – the game is not directly linked to any of the others, being instead a standalone offering in a world that would be familiar to regular players but still accessible to newcomers. More than ten million people have played the...

The Elder Scrolls Online Review

The Elder Scrolls Online is a massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) set in the world of Tamriel, over a thousand years before the events of Skyrim and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Players can choose from one of ten races and six classes, and then create their own unique character to explore the world, complete quests, and battle enemies.

ESO offers a massive open world to explore, with a variety of different zones to visit, each with its own unique environment. Players can also join one of three factions: the Aldmeri Dominion, the Daggerfall Covenant, or the Ebonheart Pact. Each faction has its own unique storyline and quests.

ESO also features a variety of different multiplayer activities, including dungeons, trials, and PvP. Dungeons are group challenges that require players to work together to defeat enemies and solve puzzles. Trials are even more challenging, and require players to have a high level of coordination and skill. PvP allows players to battle each other in a variety of different modes, including Cyrodiil, the game's open world PvP zone.

Overall, The Elder Scrolls Online is an excellent MMORPG with a lot to offer players. It is a must-play for fans of the Elder Scrolls series, and for fans of MMORPGs in general.

Score 8/10
  • Huge open world to explore
  • Engaging story and quests
  • Regular updates with new content
  • Microtransactions can be expensive
  • Some content is locked behind a subscription
  • Can be grindy at times

The developers make me spend a lot of time in crafting in Excel. It's strange that they don't offer me to craft a game. Before you go to slash enemies with a skyrim's swing, you will have to explore a lot of folders with Word documents. No wonder Microsoft bought out the company! This world is too big for me to waste energy on chatting with npc. I have not yet learned everything in the universe of Jesus Christ series. Todd, leave the lore to the writers, take my hand and lead to the someone to pierce with a blade.

For a short time spent in the game, I remembered the cities. There is something special about this. The game will appeal to those who have explored the continents of TES before the release of the online.

The Elder Scrolls Online
As a die-hard fan of RPGs and sandboxes, there’s a special place in my mind for The Elder Scrolls Franchise. Since I was introduced to the series back in 2002, I’ve spent hundreds of hours navigating the immense fantasy-themed world of Bethesda in search of adventure, loot, NPCs, and the gorgeous views of surrounding landscapes. It’s a real MMORPG video game released by ZeniMax Online Studios. The game serves as a part of the long-running The Elder Scrolls series and introduces lots of prominent features that you have never seen before. Honestly, there’s nothing about Massively Multiplayer Online games that I dislike; however, I intend to go with freedom of playing solo adventures over guild-based raids. But I’m happy that at least I tried, and I liked it.

Background Story – Be a Hero
The game starts with your favorite character, who escapes from the prison in the daedric realm, Coldharbour. According to the plot, the daedric prince Malog Bal has stolen your soul, with the help of a few new allies, and you return to Tamriel as a vestige. After reaching there, you must spend a hundred hours to complete the challenging quests to approach the level cap of 50. The difficulty level will start increasing with level 10, and the advancement in missions will unlock new stuff. It offers content-driven gameplay and will allow you to experience excellent gameplay with other players from all over the world.
Highly Detailed Environment and Monthly Subscription Model
Similar to other titles in The Elder Scrolls franchise, the game takes place in the continent of Tamriel and introduces a well-written storyline that is indirectly attached to different titles. Like other MMORPGs, the game introduces the monthly subscription model, and it means you must pay monthly charges to keep continuing your gaming service. During the gameplay, you can explore the environment from a third-person perspective to kill other players or enemies to retrieve your soul to become the master. While playing the game, you can use a variety of melee weapons and other gear to earn in-game currency.

Gameplay – What’s new?
Like the previous installment, the game focuses on non-linear gameplay, introduces a perfect combination of free-roaming, random events, quests, and epic battles. Although the game doesn’t present a Single-player offline play, the developers said that there would be a variety of content specially designed for those users who prefer to play solo. There are ten different races categorized into three types, such as:
• Elvish Races
• Humans
• Bestial Races
Before start playing the game, the ultimate job of the player is to choose one of three races and then go with character classes to choose his favorite one out of six, such as:
• Sorcerer
• Templar
• Nightblade
• Dragonknight
• Warden
• Necromancer
You would be happy to know that each class is offering you various attacks, passive effects, and spells.

Setting and Combat System
The world where the game takes place is expansive, but it doesn’t calibrate your sense against other titles available in the series. A limited distance, repetitive buildings, and scenery make you feel the game is smaller than it seems on a map. The main problem is that each zone is offering a single region for players of a specific level range, and as you advance through the game, further zones will be unlocked to navigate. The objectives you complete directly fall into a few categories, including Fetch Quests, Kill Lists, and Simple Object Finding. The complicated combat system of the game hybridizes the traditional Massively Multiplayer Online Rotation System, where the player can cycle through a set of skills and magical powers.

Final Verdict
The Elder Scrolls Online comes with outstanding gameplay, although a few well-structured systems are struggling to overcome lifeless presentation, but tough to recommend. There’s one flaw in the PvP event that the map is too large to explore. Combat was brilliant when I involved in it but found myself wasting lots of hours from reaching one place to another.

Great MMO offering rich lore and interesting combat mechanics.
Elder Scrolls Lore is really deep, and that fact definitely helps to get immersed in that game.
If you like Skyrim and feel that MMO itch, get this game!
  • Rich Lore
  • Action Combat, No Tab Targeting
  • Graphics are decent
  • Launcher could be better

Best of MMORPG! Very cozy very spectacular! There are very few mmorpg games that are out of wow. This game is the only one that reaches. They are upgrading a lot, correcting a lot of errors and innovating constantly. Not a subscription as a wow, which is already a big advantage to the game! It reveals the medieval world in a great way. I can recommend it to anyone who likes role-playing.
  • nice graphics
  • Best of MMORPG
  • Great sight world

It worked very well! I recommend it because it was very easy to redeem the code and it was very quick , it is also a lot cheaper than the steam version and cheaper than any other websites .

If you are looking for a good MMO, this is it.

Its a solid 75% for me but due to lack of option i have to go with 80% because, im in early stages and I still feeling the excitement.
A good game for both its aspects (multiplayer or single player).
  • Vast single player campaign
  • Immersive
  • Follows all the principals that made Elder scrolls famous
  • Side quests are popping up like mushrooms
  • Graphics are good , but not "2017 good".
