After finishing Life Is Strange, I was really excited to finally play with Before the Storm as well. Although there were many plotholes that didn't fit into the big picture of Life Is Strange, as a stand-alone game, Before the Storm is more than worth playing. The story and characters are just as compelling, the messages the game carries just as impactful, and there graphics and soundtrack just as breathtaking.
I really like Life Is Strange, especially Befor the Storm. This game did absolutely not disappoint me.
and if you are a fan of the series, I recommend the Deluxe Edition for sure. At first it kind of seemed like it would be a bit boring, but later it really starts going, I love it.
Honestly this game is just as good as the first one, it tells us chloes story after max left for seattle and it does that beautifully. Of course this is my opinion and since im a pretty big fan of the LIS games take this with a grain of salt.
A good game, not better than the 1st one but at least i got to see the relation between Chloe and Rachel and the ost are wonderful as always. Some people complain about the ending, i personally like it.

The ending
Using Unity instead of Unreal engine makes the environment a little empty
One of the greatest game I ever played, I already played the first one and this prequel is simply amazing, you'll understand what bring the characters of the first one to their situation and a lot of "told events" than you can observe directly in this game.
Awesome story.. If you love story based games you'll definitely love this game.. And if you've played Life is Strange first game there is no doubt you'll enjoy this too! c: Game is now more attractive for men too!
Story
Easy to play
