I recently embarked on a nostalgic journey by purchasing Dark Souls Remastered online, and I must say, it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a fan of the original game, I was thrilled to dive back into the treacherous world of Lordran, this time with enhanced graphics and improved online features.

The first thing that struck me was the visual upgrade. The remastered version breathed new life into the already hauntingly beautiful world. The intricate details of the environments, the atmospheric lighting, and the menacing creatures were even more captivating, immersing me into the dark fantasy realm like never before. From the desolate depths of Blighttown to the grandeur of Anor Londo, every location felt meticulously crafted.

Not the first baby of FromSoftware games but one of the most memorable for sure. First time I played the original I didnt even passed the first boss as I remember. Now with more skill and luck I could easily say this was one of the most rewarding games I finished in few years for sure.

Beautiful crafter world with huge maze that connects with every part of the map is mindblowing. Sometimes your path will lead to unexpected shorcuts. That is what interesting in this game was exploring and finding new secrets. Maybe sometimes to cryptic for my taste cause I need to look where to go next.

Combat mechanics still holds up and test your reflexes to its limits. Especially fighting Manus, Father of he Abyss. This is no walk in the park with carebears. Huge variety of bosses. Some of them done masterfull like Knight Artorias which is one of classic fan favorite and it shows. The style he moves the threat he posses to you is so much work done into this. You can clearly tell From knew how to do it.

There are no games withouth some flaws and sadly this game has some of them here to. First one is Blighttown. This horror shouldnt exist in any kind of shape of form. Prob worst area in any video game ever. Second one some really tight and small spaces this game gives you to fight enemies and lastly one the biggest enemy of all times in all dark souls games is bottomless pits you can fall into death.

The first badge of sourcery is conquered. This is no end to this story as is two more games left to beat with more knowledge and skill. The battle is not over yet. 9/10
i like to die a lot in video games, joking, well pretty good game but at some point i fell like the difficulty just drop a bit.Dark souls remastered is a good games with good bosses and enemies and an interressing lore

Love this game 40 hours in and I’ve had a great time definitely worth. If your a fan of the dark souls series then I suggest you play them all the story, the combat, and even the deaths are amazing there’s never a time I don’t wanna just sit down and get good I love this franchise

You dont have to say anything against it. It brought the ds trilogy on its path and nowadays, at its perfection. The sorrounding, the atmosphere, the music overall, such a masterpiece like all the other soulslike games i have seen and played

I really didn't think that this would work but, did a ton of reading, some people saying don't do it, some saying do, it's safe. I took the plunge and AJKLDHLAJKGH IT WORKED!!! :3

A bit worried that the like code will get revoked in the future or my account banned somehow but i doubt ittttttttttttttt right? If anything happens I will attempt to like update this review

A must play, I'm glad I bought it for 15.56€ instead of paying full price considering that I already played through the whole game on console and there's not enough changes for the high pricing of the remaster to be justified.
Well in short if you like the souls-like genre get this game,game-like most souls borne has a 60fps cap.FPS is tied to many things.

I strongly recommend playing this and other souls bore with a controller.

The game has NG+ for increased difficulty and replay value, many builds options, weapons, spells, miracles, etc. Very high replay value.

The genre also has optional secret maps which you might even miss in your first/second playthrough.

The vague storyline and very very little handholding, difficult but fair gameplay.

If you play casual games only to relax I recommend skipping the soulsbornes genre. souls like games.

Died a lot then and will die a lot now !! lol.

No change to gameplay (Still Brutal)

But really impressed with the graphics re-master.

The game is more vibrant/sharper on my High-End Pc at 4k 60fps.

The older version always looked "Muddy" and not very sharp.

Therefore holds up very well in 2021.

But hey : Graphics apart remains a "Masterpiece" in video gaming.

Play it if you dare !!! LOL :-D
The game is unique in itself. There are wonderful views and a unique history.The world is mysterious, shrouded in mystery. And the game gives you the opportunity to look at it in your own way.Everyone should play it at least once.

I was given the key I activated it as I always do and it just never appeared in my library the key did not work. I've never once experienced an issue like this. It's not a good feeling to lose $20 because a key did not work.

This game thinks of everything. Nothing is just there because it's a game. Your deaths are explained. Your life is explained. Everything about this game is a masterpiece. The lore is beautiful, the characters are mysterious yet friendly. By the end of the game you'll feel accomplished but wanting more.

Para ser una remasterización me esperaba alguna que otra novedad. Por fin se puede jugar a 60 fps (casi siempre) y gráficamente esta bastante mejorado, pero ya podrían haber metido algo de contenido nuevo, o por lo menos arreglar todos los bugs que existen. Aún así no deja de ser un gran referente en el mundo gaming.
Un jeu qui pour certains est démodé , voir moche et sans intérêt , certes le jeu modé d'origine est probablement " mieux " mais pour ceux ayant commencer par dark souls 2 ou dark souls 3 , ce jeu est assez positif dans l'ensemble .

Moi j'ai redécouvert le jeu qui à bercé mes premières fois dans les jeux avec une bonne difficulté , un chef d’œuvres dans son style
