Octopath Traveler is back on the eShop after being withdrawn in March
Last month, Square Enix chose to withdraw Octopath Traveler from sale on Switch. The Japanese publisher never gave an official explanation, but it seems that the problem has finally been resolved.
As of this week, the RPG is back on the eShop for €59.99.

Octopath Traveler, the Square Enix RPG, has been withdrawn from sale on Switch
Initially launched as a Nintendo Switch exclusive in July 2018, Octopath Traveler has inexplicably been withdrawn from sale on the eShop.
Indeed, players can no longer acquire the JRPG. This may be due to the fact that the first game has a new publisher, moving from Nintendo to Square Enix.

The Octopath Traveler franchise ahs sold over 5 million copies
It was back in July 2016 that the first Octopath Traveler released as a temporary exclusive on Switch. The RPG then came to PC a year later, followed by Xbox in March 2021 and last PlayStation on June 6, 2024.

So I played this game for a few moments. I need to say that I liked some parts of it but it wasnt enough to convince my in finishing the game. I didnt enjoy the long and hard grind for most of time so I quit playing it. But for everyone who likes these kind of games, go ahead and buy it...
