Very good game. I think it is the best Fm what I try ever. The results are more realistic as in the former versions but if you spent 4-5 seasons with a less club you can win the Champions League without straining.

I have over 800 hours played into FM2015, and I would recommend it to anyone interested or looking for a Football + Management genre game. Easily on my top 5 list of games I have in my steam library. Also, if price/ the listed negatives you've read in other reviews are deal breakers for you, you may want to look into 'Football Manager 2014'.
  • Addicting
  • Tons of replayability
  • Challenging
  • Few bugs - loading issues/ occasional crashes (save during important parts of the season)
  • Too many injuries
  • Sometimes unrealistic (There have been several games with over 6-10+ goals)
  • I am now bald, thanks to my defenders

The newest installment in the Football Manager franchise. This years attempt does have quite a few changes for the more experienced players to use but keeps the core gameplay at the same level of previous years so it can still be played by newcomers.

Starting with the menus layout, the task bar that you could use to view your team, news, formations etc. is no longer at the very top, but instead it is down the left side of the screen. In my opinion this makes not only the game menus look slightly better than the previous years but it also speeds up the process of going to each button on the taskbar along the side. Of course the keyboard shortcuts can still be used instead of the bar if that is what you prefer.

The match engine itself has had a slight improvement in the graphically side but not that much to say about. But, there have been many new animations added for the matches which help them run much smoother and look better than the previous years. The matches themselves can still be watched in the 2D view aswell if you want, and the gameplay can be sped up to finish the matches quicker.

In the previous games I have thought that the transfers/transfer market hasn't always worked so well. ( One example of mine is from 2014 with Chelsea setting the transfer price of Oscar to 150million ). However, in this years attempt it looks as if that has been sorted for the most part since you can still get a stupid transfer happening or the price of a certain player being ridiculous, but this doesn't happen as often as it did in the last games.

Overall this years attempt of Football Manager is a great attempt that has fixed alot of the problems that brought the previous games down such as the transfers and match engine. And it has been made easier to play for newcomers but still keeps the challenge with the new features ( Including more in-depth job interviews that actually matter and talks etc. with your players to keep them happy) for the experienced Football Manager players.

If you like football and if you want to be a coach, there is no better game than Football Manager.

The pros:
You can find most of the national leagues in this game. So it is pretty easy to choose your favourite club and start playing.
Developers worked hard on new graphic engine, they used even motion capture system. So moves of the players are now more realistic and you will not able to take your eyes from the game.
There is also new scout system, so searching for new talents has never been easier and you will be able to find exactly the right player for your team and your tactics.
And last but not least there is new way how to create your manager profile. It will affect your behaviour and your approach to the players. Do you want to be beau in suit like Jose Mourinho or you prefer to be restless manager in tracksuit like Jürgen Klopp? It is only and only up to you.

The cons:
There is new graphic interface and some gamers can find it little confused. Behaviour of the players in the match is sometimes illogical.
