Description

Assassin's Creed is the next-gen game developed by Ubisoft Montreal that redefines the action genre. While other games claim to be next-gen with impressive graphics and physics, Assassin's Creed merges technology, game design, theme and emotions into a world where you instigate chaos and become a vulnerable, yet powerful, agent of change.
The setting is 1191 AD. The Third Crusade is tearing the Holy Land apart. You, Altair, intend to stop the hostilities by suppressing both sides of the conflict.
You are an Assassin, a warrior shrouded in secrecy and feared for your ruthlessness. Your actions can throw your immediate environment into chaos, and your existence will shape events during this pivotal moment in history.
  • Be an Assassin - Master the skills, tactics and weapons of history's deadliest and most secretive clan of warriors. Plan your attacks, strike without mercy and fight your way to escape.
  • Experience exclusive PC content - Four PC-exclusive investigation missions make the game an even better experience than its console predecessors, including the Rooftop Race Challenge, a race to a specified location and the Archer Stealth Assassination Challenge, where the player must assassinate all archers in a certain zone to help out fellow Assassins.
  • Realistic and responsive environments - Experience a living, breathing world in which all your actions have consequences. Crowds react to your moves and will either help or hinder you on your quests.
  • Action with a new dimension-total freedom - Eliminate your targets wherever, whenever and however. Stalk your prey through richly detailed, historically accurate, open-ended environments. Scale buildings, mount horses, blend in with crowds. Do whatever it takes to achieve your objectives.
  • Relive the epic times of the Crusades - Assassin's Creed immerses you in the realistic and historical Holy Land of the 12th century, featuring life-like graphics, ambience and the subtle, yet detailed nuances of a living world.
  • Intense action rooted in reality - Experience heavy action blended with fluid and precise animations. Use a wide range of medieval weapons, and face your enemies in realistic swordfight duels.
  • Next-gen gameplay - The proprietary engine developed from the ground up for the next-gen console allows organic game design featuring open gameplay, intuitive control scheme, realistic interaction with environment and a fluid, yet sharp, combat mechanic.

Good game but definitely not the best. It doesn't have a lot of the annoying gameplay from the most recent acs and it doesn't have the dogsh*t rpg system. A bit annoying that it's only on Ubisoft connect, but that's not exclusive to this game.

Gameplay is really cool although a bit repetitive and this game is interesting in that it's the beginning of one of the most famous video-game franchises of all time-.
  • the beginning of the ac saga
  • really cool ambiance
  • not too much annoying gameplay
  • gameplay is very repetitive
best ac game this game was the first ac game i played good to relive the old style of ac games where it was all simple and fun to play without all the new rpg things thatr are not necesary at all but i wish it cgot a graphics rework
  • old school
  • too heavy controller
  • old graphics
The game is a masterpiece of it's time. Played it on the Xbox and reliving the nostalgia now. The story and character development of Altair and Desmond are superb. The parkour and stealthy gameplay are amazing , while the tail missions are a pain.
  • Stealth gameplay
  • Engaging story
  • Cool outfits
  • Tail missions
one of the best Assassin's Creed talking about story, is really interesting out of the animus and in with the best belend of this two parts. But the gameplay is too much ripetitive, you have to do the same mission over and over again only changing the reasons.

Its cool! But the keybindings are kind of confusing. One thing thats annoying is, that you have to restart, if you want to play in fullscreen. Bcs if you tab out of the game and then again into it, its just in non-fullscreen. You have to restart because f11 doesnt work and reselution changing dont work either. :)
  • Nice World
  • Good AI
  • Typical assassins creed jump fails
  • Cant make fullscreen after one time no fullscreen
this game is very different than other games but it's still good. AC origins is very beautifull , the gameplay is better than the older games with a story ok but not incradibles because you're not like the others assassin.
If we are looking at the story and game details, we can say that game is quite good, but the high number of bugs made this game unplayable. Feel sorry for the AC Series, but in this part not quite fascinated...

Update: Changed some settings and the game started doing great, bugs vanished and the overall opinion of the game gets higher in my case.

It's the first game in the franchise and I wouldn't say it's bad, the story is alright but the game mechanics could be frustrating and the controls annoy me. The game graphics are also pretty bad and if you don't like how games looked on the ps3 or Xbox 360 this game isn't for you

I love this game and I'm going to finish again! I love the Assassin's Creed Series and Ubisoft did a great job with! I'd like to buy the next time valhalla too, the newest one! I recommend to buy this game to everyone!
  • Cheap
  • Beautiful

Assassin's Creed, is the ideal Assassin's Creed game from the series. (For some background I have played Origins, Odyssey, Unity, Revelations and Black Flag) Personally I love it, and all the real history surrounding the events of the game, when I play, it really feels like im a real assassin who assassinate's slavers and templars during the late 1100's Middle-East. The combat is fun, and the combos are cool. It almost takes the spot of my favourite AC game from Black Flag. The gameplay is interesting and the story feels solid. But it has some reasons, why it it will not get a 100 points. I will cover them under this message. Overall an excellent game, recommended.
  • Fun Combat
  • Solid Story
  • Interesting History
  • Altaiir
  • Some Bugs
  • Game Crashes Often
