This game is not gothic, but the gameplay isn’t bad either. Think of Oblivion and maybe Two Worlds and Risen. There’s some jank that you’ll get used to especially the combat early levels, later on as you level up, you’ll completely eliminate the need to being able to atttack this many amount of times. The progression is steady paced, you’ll eventually get good loot from drops, quests, treasures or through mostly exploration. The map is open world, but not like oblivion open world, but as a biome where all the quests are at, you have to complete them to move onto the next. Even doing the quests at random, you’ll eventually feel like every choice you complete sends you at the right place right time. The teleport is not like a fast travel at any location, think of teleportation linking. 2 TPS at found in each map, either near a big village or near the end or start of a map, it’s wacky. Enemies don’t respawn, and the guy you’re controlling as is seeking revenge and voice in the game isn’t that bad either if you played older games with bad voices in the past. The enemies you fight are mostly a joke and some give you enough time and room to strike. Plus ragdolls
  • Underrated gem
  • Nice oblivion-ish esque atmosphere
  • Not gothic, but this is what I see from reviews.
