Cooperative Campaign


Fight your way through a dynamic, perilous world in a 4-player co-op story campaign where you must work together to survive increasingly challenging missions. Play with up to 3 of your friends online or go solo and lead your team in battle.

Choose from 8 customizable Cleaners, one of the immune survivors, and a range of lethal weapons and items. Strategise against an ever-evolving enemy bent on your total destruction.

Competitive Multiplayer


Play with or against friends in PVP. Switch between playing as a Cleaner with special perks and the horrific Ridden. Both sides come with unique weapons, abilities, and specialties.

Extreme Replayability


A new "rogue-lite" Card System creates different experiences each and every time, putting you in control to craft custom decks, roll different builds and undertake more demanding fights.

The Game Director is constantly adjusting to player actions, ensuring exciting fights, extreme gameplay diversity, and tougher legions of Ridden - including mutated boss types up to 20 feet tall.

Contrary to popular belief this is a good game and for the amount it's being sold for on Instant Gaming it's worth it , but dont buy it for full price in any case
This is a seriously fun Co Op game, either couch or online. Definitely not a One player game

I can only recommend trying it out if you have a squad ready for it

This game is super cool, I can only suggest it to everyone! :3 I was playing it with friends and we had a lot of fun! Maybe it would need some improving, but the DLCs for example is epic! :D Sometimes, some part a bit harder than the others, but you can manage!

I think it's a very good game.

Some people say "Yeah but left 4 dead 2 was so mutch better and bla bla bla".

Listen people Left 4 Dead 2 was diffrent game Back 4 Blood is also a diffrent game.

Back 4 Blood has a lot of cool cinematics and gameplay is so mutch better than Left 4 Dead 2.

To me i think price is little to high on steam.But Instant gaming is here to save us from Paying 60 euros.

So if you love good graphics and awesome cinematics and lets say some kinda story Back 4 Blood is for you.

But if are old school and don't have good pc to run Back 4 Blood Left 4 Dead is for you.

Both Games are super good but for me Back 4 Blood is better.
Definitly not good to buy on begining,but it is ok to buy it now :)

Lets us hope that they will provide good DLC and support for performance playing and stuff.

No horde shooter can ever follow in the fotsteps of the Left 4 Dead series. I think this game is ambitious in trying to implement stuff from the rogue like genre, by having a card system that tries to mess you up. On recruit and veteran this is not an issue, but on nightmare and no hope you will have a hard time. For a solo player this feels more like a grind game than anything. I would say it's replay value in the campaign is higher than L4D.

It's a good game for what it is alone, but for us who grew up on the valve games L4D, Gmod, Half life etc, we want this game to be nostalgic which is unfair.

Not a bad game, solid graphics, good with friends. Atmosphere is okay-ish, characters are fine event though some of them are "too edgy". This was supposed to be Left 4 Dead spiritual successor but if they did not compare this game to L4D, I think it would have had better reception from gamers.

For this price, I give it thumbs up.

A disgrace to the left 4 dead series which they are milking sooo hard to sell even one more copy of this dumpsterfire of a game. Play L4D2 and never touch ANY game of this company. Remember what they did to gaming in general with evolve...
