The population of the harsh desert planet Kwalasha needs our help. Their peaceful lives, working in the mining industry, have been disturbed by a threat that they cannot face alone: the Arachnids. Under Colonel Hawthorne’s command, the Mobile Infantry will take back control of the planet and smash everything that has more than two legs. Enlist in this exciting military campaign, meet inspiring characters, visit amazing locations and do your part in the heroic war against the Bug!




The Arachnids may have virtually limitless numbers, but they lack the thorough tactical training that the Mobile Infantry enjoys. Position your units in advantageous choke points or on higher elevations. Be wary, however, that battle mechanics such as True Line of Sight and True Line of Fire may limit your field of fire and allow the treacherous Bugs to lay in ambush.




Optimize your army by choosing from a wide range of specialized unit types, each with its own strengths, weaknesses and set of unlockable elite abilities. Rifle Troopers can use their shotgun ability to hold back large numbers of Arachnids, M11 Marauders bipeds can unleash a withering mortar barrage and the Fleet Liaison can call down dropships with reinforcements or direct an airstrike to wipe out whole swaths of enemies.




The Bug infestation is rooted in elaborate underground hives. These present a unique challenge that demands a delicate balance between aggression and defense. Beware of the numerous tunnel openings, from which hordes of Arachnids can emerge.
To eradicate the Bug problem for good, their nests must be eradicated!

Un RTS dove la principale meccanica sono le truppe e il loro impiego efficente in battaglia contro una buona varietà di alieni che da soli non saranno un problema in quanto non molto intelligenti ma se inizieranno ad arrivare in massa e se le truppe schierate non fossero abbastanza e/o male posizionate possono devastarti rapidamente, non si devono gestire rifornimenti in quanto il gioco ce li fornirà completando gli obbiettivi o cercando basi e casse di rifornimento sparse per le mappe. La base è molto semplice da gestire e le uniche cose che possiamo potenziare sono postazioni per chiamare truppe specializzate ma ho apprezzato particolarmente la meccanica dei punti di inserzione con le navette che alcune truppe possono usare anche per spostarsi tra le diverse basi velocemente e in sicurezza.

Il gioco puoi risultare monotono alla lunga perché gli scenari sono solitamente due nelle missioni: attaccare i nidi alieni e sterminarli o difendere obbiettivi da orde di creature in gran numero.

Gioco comunque molto divertente e ha ricevuto un dlc poco tempo fa quindi i dev ancora tengono al loro gioco 8/10

meraviglioso, per gli appassionati della saga. terminata la campagna il gioco offre due sfide, ma terminate quelle, il gioco finisce. Dovrebbero implementare con nuove sfide e/o una modalità cooperativa a ondate.

Gioco davvero molto bello e ben fatto, le ambientazioni sono davvero carine, le meccaniche di gioco sono semplici ed intuibili, soundtrack davvero molto belle. L'unica pecca è la lingua del gioco anche se con un pò d'inglese di base si capisce tutto.

Gioco consigliato a chi piacciono i giochi di strategia. Spero che in fututo aggiungano un multyplayer o co-op.
