L'espansione è molto carina, ricca di interazioni da fare con gli animali e numerose abilità da far sviluppare ad essi. In certe occasioni gli animali camminano in modo innaturale e surreale: camminando all'indietro ed impiegandoci abbastanza tempo per poi annullare l'interazione del sim poichè secondo essi non vi è spazio per una semplice interazione. Nonostante ciò nel complesso è ben strutturata con l'aggiunta anche di nuovi lotti non indispensabili, ma carini. Vi è anche un gran numero di animali presenti in natura da poter catturare.

Che dire, la sto provando da mesi ormai, e da amante degli animali questa esp è la mia preferita, la trovo molto ben fatta con molti animali minori molto interessanti, con relative teche o gabbie, rettili tra cui tartarughe acquatiche e non, pesci, insetti, roditori, volatili tra cui i pappagalli molto belli e portabili in spalla, e ovviamente cani, gatti e cavalli, molto ben animati e realistici, nelle movenze e versi, sopratutto cani e gatti.
Dando autonomia completa agli animali succedono cose molto divertenti, come gatti che saltano sui mobili della cucina e rubano il cibo.
Divertente insegnare a cani e gatti l'abilità di caccia, i gatti catturano prede vive che regalano a un Sim e i cani trovano gemme di qualità maggiore, entrambi quando raggiungono una buona abiltà. I Cavalli imparano abilità di salto e corsa, addestrandoli e si sblocca la carriera fantino. Bellissimo anche il Quartiere.

È ancora più carino di quello che pensavo! Ci ho messo un po' a decidermi se acquistarlo o meno ma adesso non c'è partita senza questa espansione!
Per adesso ho giocato solo con i gatti ma ho notato che l'autonomia degli animali è qualcosa di veramente comodo. Mi è piaciuto molto trovare animali in natura (come gli scoiattoli) e poterli "catturare". Le interazioni tra animali sono leggermente limitate e tuttavia adatte per degli animali, ha reso tutto più credibile. Il mix di espansioni Stagioni e Animali è una bomba per gli appassionati. Consiglio.
