Assassin's Creed Valhalla will have Steam achievements
Available on Valve's store since December 2022, Assassin's Creed Valhalla never got any achievements to unlock.
However, according to an update on SteamDB, Ubisoft's game will get them in the near future. These should be coming shortly.
