Well, i don't have much to say, it's a bad remake, if this is a stand alone spin off like Revelation, it will be an acceptable game.
Bu this is a remake of an legendary game, so this only deserve 6-7/10

The Surge 2 is a very well satisfied sci-fi slaughter-looter soul like game, but like every game, it have down side.
Parry/Block control is not good when use mouse, recommend to play the game with controller.
Character customize options are too few, need more options.
AI sometimes just stupid, they only have high damage, even bosses AI are not smart.
Otherwhile, map design is very good and will make you surprised.
Parry/Block system in an directions is a very bright point of the game.
And use your strategy, choose the right weapon to fight with the right enemies, you will survive.
