The Original Resident Evil 4 back in the day used to be my favorite game along with Devil may cry 3.

And i have to say this remake is my favorite game again, now all I need is a DMC3 remake capcom.

There is only pro's and no cons in this game.

TL:DR Amazing game you should buy it

Game is the definition of what a remake should be. Not too many changes to the story, but it modernizes the gameplay enough so it feels good but still has the charm of the old one

Nice game... They nailed it. For real... only if all remakes would be like this... I'd buy them all. Graphics are just insanely good. Feels good to my eyes. And come on! it's a classic, from a time where games were made for you to have fun not take all your money out of your pockets because of micros.

This game has perfect mecanics and it is very fun it has such good graphics and the story is actually one of the best ones I've ever experienced.

This game really does deserve the game of the year award.

Great story, great gameplay, great game, i sank waaay to many hours in it already and it's still fun and i love it. I think i'm currently on my 7th playtrough and i'm still hooked.

Game is being awesome so far.

CAPCOM showed to the world how to remake a game being loyal to the source with RE2.

And now the do it all over again with RE4.

A faithfull reimagination of the original game with the right changes to make it feel like a new experience but at the same time feel like it is the same game.

Experiences will variate of course but at the end of the day the feelings the OG had are totally portayed in this remake.

A lot of replay value. Better story and character interactions.

If you're a RE4 or a RE fan this is a MUST PLAY. I dare to say this remake surpased RE2Remake and by far.

And this is IMO the best remake out there in the market. Even ahead of Dead Space.

Incredible gameplay, a remake which get the original idea to another level and with the Mercenaries expansion too.

Amazing, absolutelly amazing. Love this chapter, I still remember how it relaunched and revived the Resident Evil saga back in the days. A great classic but with new life once again. Thank you Capcom!

It's a toss up between the remake and the original for the best Resident Evil game both are excellent

If you can get get the hang of the kick you'll go very far, the storyline is excellent

I've beaten the Resident Evil 4 2004 25 times on ps2 so I knew the game inside out and was quite thrilled when I saw the trailer for the remake. This is by far one of the best games I have ever played. The game itself had no performance issues whatsoever on my old laptop adn works perfectly on my steam deck.

Until this day, I don't regret pre-ordering this masterpiece, if you get this then do your self a favor and buy the Separate Ways DLC it's worth it all the way. Free Mercenaries DLC with the purchase.

This Game is one of the Best Remakes I ever played.

It captures the original in every point and improvess it a lot.

The performance was on point on release day, some games just can dream of this perfection.

Absolute rubbish! Because its remake i expected to be at least a bit more modern from the original, but its exactly like playing 20 year old game. Big waste of money. Graphics and movement is like playing the game on Sega 20 years ago
A really great remake after a long time. Excellent gameplay, graphics and a great gaming experience.I can recommend the game to everyone who knows or likes the RE series. The joy of the game prevails more than the disappointment, I recommend it.

one of the stupidest series of RE ever made, RE should not be shooting simulator as this game is, RE should be puzzle horror zombie game as RE0, RE1, RE2 and RE3 was but this one is no near old ones!!
