Everything can be unlocked via gameplay, except arcade mode wich requires March of Fire (if buying new game perhaps it is better to buy the cheaper pack, instead of the game and then the DLC). But the heroes, customizations, perks, finishers, etc. I really do not like Ubi anymore, but this game deserves some love. It is unique and there is no other game like this one. Too bad Ubi is a bunch of morons and do not advertise it more.

Also, I suggest turning the chat off, before you get better in the game. Trust me. xD

AFTER A WEEK, THE GAME WORKS. IG was no help trying to avoid the responsibility. R has bots to deal with you in real time... nevertheless, the game works. Stutters and is not optimised for pc, but is a lot of fun, even though I am not a fan of the super toxic environment on the streets. Like everybody you come close to is insta aggressive, neurotic, etc. LOVE the radios, esp. the talk shows... wow. Such a good production again. OK, end of update. Still have not played for long enough to review.

I want my money back. The game does not work and is unplayable. How do I get a refund?

I have spent two days downloading / trying to make it run, or at least find out why is the engine crashing. No progress. No support.

SERIOUSLY, I am officially asking for a refund. Take the key back, give me my money back. I have scheduled an informational meeting with my lawyer. This "we are not the developers..." bs is an outrage. Take the key, refund me and deal with "the developers" yourself to get a refund on a key one ofYOUR customers could NOT USE TO PLAY THE GAME BECAUSE OF THE POOR TECHNICAL STATE IT IS IN. IF I BUY A ROTTEN YOGURT I DON'T HAVE TO GO TO THE FUCKING COW. It is YOU who sold me the rotten deal. Show some integrity. It is the time.

EDIT: I really wish I saw this before purchase. I am having the same issue:

"When trying to play it just has many glitches and can't even start the story mode to plat the game. When I press the start story mode graphics just kept glitching whole screen turned white and black back and forth."
